VR for Essential Education
In a powerful collaboration with WATERisLIFE, Deutsch NY, and Missing Pieces, Tactic developed an immersive educational VR game designed to address water safety in remote Thailand. The simulation transports rural Thai schoolchildren into a virtual version of their own riverbanks, revealing the microscopic "hidden dangers", contaminants and pollutants, lurking in their primary source of water for drinking, cooking, and washing.
By gamifying the science of sanitation, the experience demonstrates how simple water filters can effectively eliminate these life-threatening pollutants. Following the VR session, every student received a physical water filter along with usage instructions. This project leverages custom game technology to turn a vital health lesson into an unforgettable interactive journey.
